    • Product Description

      Insulated glass is a glass component made of two or more pieces of glass, separated by a certain width of space with an aluminum frame filled with efficient molecular sieve adsorbent, and then sealed with a high strength sealant on the side. Ordinary transparent glass, colored glass, thermal reflection coating glass, Low-E glass, laminated glass, toughened glass, hot bending glass, etc. can be selected as the base of insulated glass according to the needs.


      Features
      Optical performance

      According to the different properties of composite insulated glass, generally visible light transmittance range is 7%~80%, reflectance is 10%~42%.  
      Thermal performance

      Can effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient, if filled with inert gas can further reduce the heat transfer coefficient U value.  
      Sound insulation performance

      Generally, insulated glass can reduce noise by about 30 decibels, and the sound insulation effect of insulated glass can be further improved after filling with inert gas.  
      Anti-frost performance

      National standards stipulate that the dew point of insulated glass must be lower than -40℃ to ensure that the air layer jue of insulated glass is dry and no condensation.  
      Sealing

      Aluminum spacer frame is formed by automatic bending technology, which minimizes the connection; Using butyl glue and polysulfide glue or structural glue double channel seal, to ensure the sealing of insulated glass and extend its service life.

      Insulated glass is a kind of good heat insulation, sound insulation, beautiful application, and can reduce the building weight of a new building material, is widely used in building doors and Windows, curtain walls, partitions and refrigerators.
